Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged product during shipment, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

How do we calculate the shipping costs of the return?
If you return a product to us due to an error by PIELPARAARTESANOS, we will bear the costs of the return as long as you have used the original packaging. If you want to return a product without any error on the part of PIELPARAARTESANOS, we will deduct the costs of the refund of the total amount of the refund. For returns from Spain, the shipping costs of the return are 5.00 euros (VAT included) if you take it to an MRW office. For returns from PORTUGAL, the return shipping costs are 6.00 euros (VAT included) if you take it to an MRW office
For returns in the Canary Islands the customer has to process it via Correos at the expense of the relevant expenses.
How to proceed to manage a return?

When and how is the money refunded?
