What type of leather is the best for making wallets?

We recommend making the exteriors of the wallets always cowhide , either oiled cowhide or flower. If we want to finish it to our liking, a cowhide skin would be the most logical option.

For the interior of our leather wallets, the fine leather will help us not to have such a rough and finer finish. That is why we always recommend goatskin and if we want to finish it to taste, a natural sheepskin (to dye it)

*As an advice we will say that it is always recommended to make a slight reduction to the part of the interior that goes to the edge of the wallet. Thus we managed to reduce the thickness of the edge.

If we want to give it a professional finish, an edge stain together with a rubbery base is always a winning horse.
