This leather is special for binding, since it embosses and browns well. It has a good reserve that cracks easily and on the grain side it has a light varnish that tends to dull with use.

The leather comes from animals intended for human consumption, which have been treated through tanning processes to give it the final finish. In no case has the fur animal been slaughtered exclusively for the use of its fur.
